Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog according to business needs and available resources.
• Build, maintain, and improve delivery processes, project plans, timelines, and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings.
• Maintain clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders, including updates on progress, timelines, and risks.
• Keep project and process documentation up to date in Notion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Middle+ or Senior-level expertise managing technical projects and teams.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented mindset, strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience building delivery processes from scratch.
• Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects.
