Project Lead (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote, based in Madrid, Spain. The role requires regular travel and on-site work across Spain, including extended on-site periods during go-lives.

What you will do

• Own deployments for large hospitals and care organizations from planning through go-live and adoption.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT teams, and internal MedOps and TechOps specialists.
• Prepare teams for training and go-live, drive adoption, and work with clinical champions to address barriers.
• Lead live product demonstrations for prospective clients and support commercial efforts.
• Improve implementation processes, tools, and ways of working as the company scales.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment such as consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a startup or scale-up, or project/program management.
• Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems, and take ownership of complex objectives.
• Analytical and practical approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Professional fluency in Spanish.
• Ability to work from Madrid, Spain and travel regularly for on-site deployments across Spain.
