TL;DR
Project Manager (Network Products): Leading projects from inception to closure and supporting the productization of a network product roadmap with an accent on stakeholder coordination, risk management, budget control, and detailed project documentation. Focus on overseeing product roadmap evolution, managing change requests and issues, and delivering outcomes across global, cross-functional teams.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic, or Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home; a separate flex-location benefit allows working from any location in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do
- Lead projects of varying scope and complexity from inception through closure, managing changes, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate local and remote project teams and track activities, schedules, costs, and delivery progress.
- Collaborate with product management to align project goals with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Create communication strategies, resource and project plans, status reports, variance reports, and lessons-learned documentation.
- Present project updates to Steering Committees and maintain accurate project administration records.
- Monitor the Business Unit product roadmap and support successful productization of network products.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of project management experience across projects and programs of varying scale, complexity, budgets, and outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and the full project life cycle.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, planning, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring cost control.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English is required for cross-cultural and international business communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT solutions or airline industry operations.
- Formal project management training or certification; PMP certification is recommended but not mandatory.
