Product Specialist Beaver (Dredging)

Salary: €5263–€8565 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

hirify.global develops and delivers dredging equipment, including the Beaver series of standard cutter suction dredgers.

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of the Beaver series and maintain technical product specifications, standard options and product documentation.
• Safeguard the Beaver standard throughout concept, basic and detail engineering.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and engineering work packages while supporting the Product Manager and Engineering.
• Connect Engineering with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Services and Quality.
• Manage and prioritise the technical improvement backlog and logbook.
• Lead technical product modifications from analysis and engineering through design review and implementation, incorporating lessons learned into the product standard.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with dredging-related products or equipment is essential.
• Experience in both basic and detail engineering.
• Ability to oversee multidisciplinary technical challenges and understand their impact on the complete product.
• Strong understanding of standardisation, product structures and technical documentation.
• Proactive, structured and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to challenge technical decisions and bring different disciplines together.
