Global Technical Recruiter (US Focus)

Location: Remote; primary hiring focus on the US market. The role requires collaboration across different time zones.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for global R&D and technical positions, with a strong emphasis on the US market.
• Partner with hiring managers across different time zones to understand technical needs, advise on market trends, define candidate profiles, and build sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing, CV screening, in-depth phone interviews, HR interviews, decision-making, and offer stages.
• Proactively source, pipeline, and engage technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and communicative candidate experience from initial contact through hire.
• Provide insights and data on US talent-market compensation trends and hiring practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the high-tech industry, with a proven track record of hiring in the US market.
• At least 1 year of hands-on technical sourcing experience using advanced techniques such as Boolean searches, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing or automation tools.
• Deep understanding of the US tech talent landscape and high-growth startup environments.
• Proactive, self-driven, agile, and collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude.
• Passion for people, talent acquisition, and building high-performing teams.
• Advanced capabilities in social media and digital marketing channels for recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and collaborate with a global team.
