Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Albania within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative assessments of candidate skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and interview the best-fit candidates.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and use data to support hiring decisions.
• Improve recruitment processes and output quality through AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is an advantage.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• A proactive approach to using AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to role details, including expectations, opportunities, and best practices.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles, with strong time management, organizational, flexible, and result-oriented skills.
