Lead Project Manager (Substations)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of substation projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project governance, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Maintain project documentation in line with internal and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects, ideally in energy, power transmission, or substation construction.
• Experience supervising professional employees and developing teams.
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies, such as PMI standards.
• Commercial experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong project, process, risk management, and resource allocation skills.
