What you will do

• Manage and continuously develop investment products and services throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate customer, business, market and regulatory needs into product plans, roadmaps, product developments and process changes.
• Coordinate implementation of new products, features and process changes with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Analyze customer needs, product performance, commercial information, market trends and competitor developments to identify opportunities and support business cases.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback and facilitate alignment on product initiatives.
• Assess financial and non-financial risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate product-related activities within scope, quality standards and timelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product or service management and development, ideally within banking, financial services or investments.
• Strong business insight, commercial acumen and customer focus, with the ability to connect customer needs, market developments and business objectives.
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach, including collecting, preparing and interpreting information and communicating insights clearly.
• Knowledge of business requirements analysis, process optimization and product or project delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritization and change-management skills.
• Understanding of relevant policies, procedures, laws and regulations, with a sound risk-management mindset.
• Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, including building alignment, making sound decisions and challenging constructively.
• Innovation and continuous-improvement mindset, with familiarity with Agile ways of working.
