Product Owner @Mars Tech

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania or Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Work with two Business Client Services squads and agile development teams to define and deliver enterprise features, proofs of concept, and applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product features, functionality, strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Maintain an actionable, prioritized backlog and express requirements as clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Communicate progress, decisions, impediments, risks, and dependencies while promoting continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
• Advocate for customer problems, articulate business value, and contribute to high-profile strategic enterprise projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a business analyst or in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a Lean-agile software product development method.
• At least 2 years of experience defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated, valuable deliverables.
• Passion for metrics and driving value, with the ability to articulate the value of delivered work.
• Baseline understanding of technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools and techniques for breaking down large work items, eliciting requirements, or supporting decisions.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from customer usage data.
• Comfort presenting to groups and demonstrating working software.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with key business stakeholders.
• Confidence to challenge the norm and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, peers, and engineering teams.
