Product Owner (Payments)

What you will do

• Contribute to the product vision, objectives, priorities, and product and global roadmaps for the ACS solution.
• Consolidate needs, risks, dependencies, and expected results to support product decisions.
• Coordinate backlog management, align priorities across Product Owners, identify synergies, and formalize product improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, Scrum Masters, the Product Team, central product stakeholders, and customers.
• Maintain a compliance focus, support Business Analysts, and prepare for and participate in Business Committees.
• Define indicators, monitor delivered value, support complex topics, back up Product Owners, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineer or Master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum.
• Business Analyst experience in the financial domain.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools.
• Organized, communicative, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Analytical or technical skills.
• Jira administration experience.
• Knowledge of German.
