Product Owner (Payments)

Location: Hybrid work in Brussels, Belgium; Angouleme, Blois, Colombelles, Marseille, Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, Noyelles Les Seclin, Paris, Puteaux, Rennes, Toulouse, Tours, Vendome, or Lyon, France; Bucharest, Romania; or Biel, Lausanne, Schlieren, or Zurich, Switzerland.

What you will do

• Manage product delivery, product functionality, and the product backlog to maximise business value.
• Analyse customer feedback, assess ideas for business value and technical feasibility, and present product roadmaps.
• Break solutions down into epics and user stories while balancing incidents, technical development, compliance, operational excellence, and new features.
• Provide product documentation, functional knowledge, roadmaps, and business-case inputs to stakeholders and squads.
• Lead and motivate squads, act as the voice of the customer, and ensure end-to-end functional quality.
• Coordinate dependencies across squads, tribes, product management, customers, and other stakeholders, and prioritise sprint content.

Requirements

• Higher degree in IT, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of card issuing processing systems.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and knowledge of Java technology.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
