Product Owner

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania or Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office.

What you will do

• Work with two Business Client Services squads to define requirements for enterprise features, proofs of concept, and new applications.
• Collaborate with agile development teams, engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver products and services.
• Define product strategy, vision, roadmap, features, and functionality in alignment with company goals.
• Maintain an actionable and prioritized backlog, expressing requirements as stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Communicate progress, decisions, impediments, risks, and dependencies while promoting continuous improvement.
• Advocate for valuable solutions, articulate business value, and support predictable team commitments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a business analyst or in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a Lean-agile software product development method.
• At least 2 years of experience defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated, valuable deliverables.
• Passion for metrics and driving value.
• Ability to articulate the value of delivered work.
• Baseline understanding of technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools and techniques for breaking down large work items, eliciting requirements, or making decisions.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from customer usage data.
• Comfort presenting to groups and demonstrating working software.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
• Confidence to challenge the norm.
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders, peers, and engineering teams.
