What you will do
- Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for AI-powered products.
- Translate business needs into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise product backlogs while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and strategic value.
- Partner with AI, software, and UI engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant products.
- Define success metrics and use data insights to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.
- Lead product launches, stakeholder communication, adoption planning, and user-centred design.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience owning complex technical or platform-based products.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven products and understanding AI system considerations.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and data-driven decision-making skills.
