Senior Manager, Frontline Technology and Process Transformation

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from wherever works best.

hirify.global is hiring for a frontline technology and process transformation role supporting retail teams and customer experiences across Australia.

What you will do

• Lead technology and process initiatives that improve retail channels, frontline systems, customer experiences, and team experiences.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems, remove operational complexity, and improve adoption of frontline technologies.
• Translate business needs and frontline insights into prioritised initiatives, requirements, and actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with Retail, Technology, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to design and deliver scalable solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, prioritisation, reporting, investment, risk management, and delivery decision-making frameworks.
• Coordinate initiatives from discovery through implementation and track stakeholder alignment, adoption, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading transformation, product, technology, or operational improvement initiatives in retail, telecommunications, or other customer-facing environments.
• Strong product management, transformation, or delivery leadership experience, including translating business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience establishing governance, prioritisation, and decision-making frameworks across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across business, technology, and frontline teams.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, including process improvement, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience partnering with technology teams and working across CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms to identify opportunities, shape business requirements, prioritise investment, and deliver transformation outcomes.
• Strong commercial, customer, and operational acumen, with experience delivering initiatives in complex and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power BI, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or similar enterprise platforms.
