Program Manager, Senior

Location: Hybrid, with remote work and in-office attendance based on business needs in Oakland, American Canyon, Fresno, or Santa Rosa, California, United States. Travel of up to 20% of working time is required.

Salary: $105,000–$169,000 for the Bay locality or $100,000–$161,000 for the California locality, plus eligibility for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

What you will do

• Manage program implementation and operations and ensure effective program performance.
• Develop and direct program plans, goals, and implementation deliverables.
• Resolve moderate to complex problems and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
• Develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and create corrective solutions.
• Prepare reports, summarize findings, and provide business insights and recommendations to management.
• Work independently on most issues and communicate findings to multiple management levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of working time.
