What you will do

• Develop and strengthen client relationships and provide financial advice based on client needs.
• Participate in advisory teams and structure and execute domestic A-share and international equity transactions, including U.S. and Hong Kong listings.
• Source financing deals independently using an established client network.
• Lead or contribute to due diligence, prospectus drafting, intermediary coordination, and transaction supervision.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, road show presentations, marketing materials, and presentations for clients and regulators.
• Research industries and markets and support transaction origination and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A-Share Sponsor License.
• Experience in A-Share transactions and project management.
• 4–10 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Strong team orientation and the ability to work effectively with members of multiple groups and regions.
• Strong financial analytical capabilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to think commercially about client needs.
