What you will do

• Interpret, design, and implement pre- and post-trade controls for Korea.
• Gather and analyze feedback from brokers and exchanges regarding Korea UTP and short sell rules.
• Build and maintain relationships with onshore counterparties to gauge regulatory and market sentiment.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Trading, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate rule interpretations into the controls framework.
• Monitor and evaluate new trading flows and their interaction with existing controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in trading controls design and implementation.
• Deep knowledge and experience with Korea exchange rules.
• Familiarity with electronic trading regulations and system design.
• Experience working closely with developers.
• Fluent in English and Korean.

Nice to have

• Broader APAC market experience.
• Basic coding skills.
