TL;DR

OTC Trading Director (Crypto/FX): Leading and scaling the OTC trading business with an accent on execution, risk management, and institutional client coverage. Focus on optimizing liquidity routing across global venues and partnering with engineering to build pricing and risk engines.

Location: Hybrid (Taguig City/Metro Manila, Philippines; Hong Kong; or Singapore)

What you will do

Lead execution of large block trades, liquidations, and bespoke OTC orders across crypto, FX, and stablecoins.
Manage and grow strategic relationships with institutional and high-value OTC clients.
Own OTC trading PnL, inventory exposure, and design risk limits across asset classes and counterparties.
Oversee pricing models, spread configuration, and liquidity routing across 30+ global venues.
Partner with product and engineering teams to build OTC systems, including pricing and risk engines and settlement infrastructure.
Define OTC business strategy and market expansion opportunities while mentoring a high-performing trading team.

Requirements

7–12+ years of experience in OTC trading, FX trading, crypto markets, market making, or sales trading.
Proven track record of executing large and complex OTC transactions.
Strong understanding of FX, crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads, and settlement flows.
Experience managing PnL, inventory risk, and hedging strategies in volatile markets.
Ability to build institutional client relationships and scale trading teams.
Must be based in Taguig City (Philippines), Hong Kong, or Singapore.
