What you will do

• Manage tax and structural aspects of internal restructurings and complex transactions.
• Design and implement investment structures for senior individuals within the group.
• Oversee tax implications for acquisitions, dispositions, and other business-related transactions.
• Provide structuring and advisory support for the firm's trading activities.
• Collaborate extensively with local and global Tax teams and non-tax professionals.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or accountant with 8+ years PQE.
• Experience in leading law firms, accountancy firms, and/or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex tax issues and multitask under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Previous in-house tax experience.
• Expertise in the taxation of financial products.
