What you will do

• Optimize financing capacity by improving access to inventory, reducing costs, and identifying workflow inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with trading desks to support real-time and strategic trading decisions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with prime brokers and other external financing counterparties.
• Develop the firm's longer-term financing strategy to expand overall financing activity.
• Perform in-depth cost-benefit analyses to compare financing opportunities and understand firmwide constraints.
• Apply technical skills to build and improve infrastructure supporting financing workflows.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in securities financing at a bank or buy-side firm.
• Deep understanding of Asian market microstructure, financing, and stock loan markets.
• Strong knowledge of risk and risk consequences within the context of Asian products and markets.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with prime brokers and clearing counterparties.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in technical data analysis for problem solving.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Experience across multiple asset classes and various financing structures.
