Sr. Facilities Engineer, Ultra Pure Water UPW (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise operations and maintenance for Ultra-Pure Water, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Local Scrubber Recycling, reclaim, and related water treatment systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal operations on corrective and preventive maintenance, consumable replacement, plant repairs, and other required works.
• Study, plan, design, and supervise upgrades, retrofits, expansions, new construction, maintenance, and quality improvement projects.
• Ensure safety compliance, environmental requirements, government regulations, and wastewater discharge compliance with PUB limits.
• Lead water recycling and sustainability initiatives to reduce water consumption and improve water and waste recyclability.
• Plan and lead control automation engineering projects and evaluate advanced technologies for reducing electricity, waste, and water consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or environmental engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with Ultra-Pure Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant systems.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Good knowledge of ultra-pure water treatment processes.
• Technical knowledge of pumps and hydraulics.
