Lead / Senior Process Engineer (Wet Cleans)

Location: Singapore, SGP; factory-side execution and travel between Southeast Asia and the USA up to 50% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Support the setup and ramp of a next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line.
• Review existing R&D processes and transfer process knowledge to the pilot production line.
• Create comprehensive checklists for the transfer of processes and materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, production process, integration, operations, and hardware teams to complete transfer activities on schedule.
• Track schedules, deliverables, risks, technology-transfer milestones, and production milestones.
• Coordinate training with R&D transfer engineers and support tool and process qualifications at the HVM site.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards, including deposition, etch, lithography, and metrology.
• Experience and discipline in transferring processes to a pilot production line and supporting fab ramp-up.
• Ability to work across time zones, collaborate with remote teams, and support factory-side execution.
• Ability to track and drive deliverables to completion.
• Flexibility to travel between Southeast Asia and the USA up to 50% of the time.
