About the Role

You will build and maintain pipeline and revenue models, provide pricing and deal-modeling guidance, administer sales commissions, and analyze marketing return on investment. You will align reporting standards with Sales and Marketing and improve go-to-market reporting processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role
• Financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling
• CRM systems
• BI tools
• Negotiation and communication
• Background check

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models
• Provide pricing guidance and deal-modeling support
• Administer the sales commission plan and commission payouts
• Analyze marketing-spend ROI and unit economics
• Align targets, metric definitions, and reporting standards with Sales and Marketing
• Improve sales and go-to-market reporting infrastructure and processes
