Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Palantir Certified (AI)

Location: Remote work from home in the United States with 25% travel for on-site customer engagements.

Salary: $165,830–$243,141.80 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Diagnose enterprise business challenges, map data landscapes, and co-design AI solutions with strategic customers through on-site engagements.
• Design, prototype, build, deploy, and optimize agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and real-time decision-making applications.
• Architect production-grade enterprise AI applications on Partner Foundry Solutions or hirify.global Private Cloud and GPU infrastructure, integrating ERP, CRM, data warehouses, data lakes, and other enterprise systems.
• Build scalable structured and unstructured data pipelines, implement vector databases and knowledge frameworks, and develop and fine-tune LLM and SLM solutions.
• Deliver full-stack and DevOps components using Python, Node.js or Go, React or Vue, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GPU cluster management, with observability and telemetry for trustworthy production agents.
• Identify expansion opportunities, share field insights with Product and Platform Engineering, create reusable architectures and accelerators, and mentor engineers and customer teams.

Requirements

• Palantir certification is required.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery, including at least 4+ years in customer-facing or field roles.
• Proven experience building and deploying production AI/ML applications at enterprise scale.
• Deep full-stack proficiency in Python, plus Node.js or Go, React or Vue, and SQL/NoSQL databases; Python is required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, data pipelines, application dashboards, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong DevOps skills with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GPU infrastructure, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience integrating heterogeneous enterprise systems, including ERP systems, data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming architectures.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable engineering plans under tight timelines, with excellent communication skills for C-suite presentations, technical workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, ontology modeling, Uniphore BAIC, or similar enterprise AI development platforms; SLM fine-tuning, model distillation, RLHF, AI evaluation frameworks, multi-agent systems, tool use, and autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA H100/B200 GPU infrastructure, InfiniBand, and private cloud platforms such as OpenStack and VMware.
• Prior experience in technology consulting, AI startups, Forward Deployed roles, or Solutions Engineering roles.
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, supply chain, defense, energy, or manufacturing, plus experience with knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and ontology-driven data management.
