Annual base salary: $173,000–$259,000 USD for the primary location; additional US locations offer $147,000–$259,000 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and integrate intelligent feature layers for hirify.global’s next generation of AI agents.
• Implement LLMs, vision APIs, and other foundation models in functional, user-facing enterprise software.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, orchestration workflows, and prompt-engineering solutions.
• Integrate APIs, backend applications, data pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver reliable agentic workflows.
• Help shape AI features that are responsive, user-centric, and embedded in the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing, testing, and deploying production code.
• At least 1 year of professional experience or a demonstrable portfolio working with LLMs, foundation models, or modern AI APIs.
• Experience with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks, plus prompt engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience with API integration, backend development, and data pipelines.
• At least 2 years working with Python or similar development languages, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, prompt optimization, data exploration, and transformation.
• Interest in user experience and applying AI to practical customer problems.
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams with software developers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Knowledge of generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLM application design.
