Technical Enablement Lead (Application Security)

Location: Remote within the United States. Compensation for candidates outside the US is adjusted based on local market salary data.

Salary: $160K–$220K annual base compensation, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own technical onboarding and certification for Sales Engineers, then extend enablement to TAMs, CSMs, and Support.
• Build hands-on labs, demo standards, certification paths, deployment guides, and troubleshooting content.
• Maintain the Customer Engineering technical knowledge base and technical competitive materials.
• Review customer calls, POCs, demos, and escalations to identify enablement gaps and recurring product issues.
• Prepare field-ready training, labs, demos, deployment steps, and known limitations for each product release.
• Run regular technical sessions and share documentation and UX feedback with Engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing or technical enablement role.
• Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, deployments, or escalations and explaining products to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating scalable training materials such as labs, demos, certifications, videos, or playbooks.
• Practical use of AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code to build and maintain content.
• Working knowledge of npm or PyPI, CI/CD, source control, Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience in application security, software composition analysis, supply chain security, or developer tooling.
• Experience supporting field teams through weekly or biweekly product releases.
• Ability to read and write basic Python, JavaScript, or Go scripts.
• Experience with enterprise networking, proxies, ZTNA, secure web gateways, or private package registries.
