Product Manager - OEM/Heavy Civil (Construction Technology)

Location: Dayton, Ohio or Westminster, Colorado; in-office role with up to 30% local and global travel.

Salary: $99,600–$137,000 annually; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Drive long-term OEM strategic roadmaps, development backlogs, and integration strategies for construction earthworks solutions.
• Advocate for critical product features within engineering organizations and coordinate with system engineering, project management, application development, and business development.
• Conceptualize and execute hardware and kitting solutions for newly released machinery.
• Lead technical reviews of product documentation, machine-specific installation manuals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Provide product and program training to hirify.global Global Services and coordinate industry demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction earthworks, surveying, or an earthmoving OEM environment using advanced machine guidance technology.
• Strong proficiency building long-term strategic roadmaps for software portfolios covering perpetual and subscription-based models.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating across product development teams, application engineering, and corporate operations.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and timely decision-making skills in a highly productive environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mobile application development models, modern go-to-market strategies, and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience challenging conventional wisdom as an organizational change agent.
• Comfort working in corporate office environments and active outdoor heavy construction jobsites.
