Mgr, Product - Engineering Productivity

Salary: $161,072–$217,920 per year

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, adoption goals, and measurable outcomes for engineering productivity products.
• Guide the development of scalable, self-service platforms, automation, insights, and developer experiences across the software development lifecycle.
• Prioritize and sequence roadmaps and releases across multiple products within capacity and business constraints.
• Engage with engineers, users, customers, and enterprise stakeholders to identify systemic challenges and validate product hypotheses.
• Track product health metrics and objectives, connecting product outcomes to broader business goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop product talent while fostering shared accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Understanding of iterative development, software development processes, and procedures.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, influence, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Passion for and understanding of new technologies and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or similar certification.
• Prior supervisory experience and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing outcome-focused product strategies with relevant metrics.
• Experience across discovery, design, build, release, and measurement, including user interface and usability practices.
• Experience with complex organizational initiatives, financial management, budgets, Excel, and PowerPoint.
