Mgr, Product - Engineering Productivity

Salary: $146,428–$198,108 per year

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, adoption goals, and measurable outcomes for engineering productivity products.
• Build platforms, automation, insights, and developer experiences that help engineering teams deliver, secure, and operate software faster and with less friction.
• Prioritize and sequence roadmaps and releases across multiple products based on customer value, business outcomes, data, and capacity constraints.
• Engage with engineers and users to identify systemic challenges, test product hypotheses, and refine solutions.
• Track product health, KPIs, and objectives to measure improvements in developer experience and software delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product team while partnering with engineering leaders, architects, and enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, facilitation, executive communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or similar certification.
• Supervisory experience and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing product strategies based on value, outcomes, metrics, and return on investment.
• Experience with user interface design, usability, large organizational initiatives, and product management tools across discovery, design, build, release, and measurement.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
