Location: San Francisco, California, United States; full-time, in-office position at the San Francisco office 5 days per week. Access to export-controlled information is required, subject to applicable EAR/ITAR access requirements.

US base salary: $101,400–$126,800 annually, plus possible discretionary short-term and long-term incentives, bonus, and equity.

Company

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides cloud-based satellite data to commercial, environmental, and humanitarian users.

What you will do

  • Document, test, and monitor Supply Chain SOX controls across procure-to-pay and inventory, including purchase-order approvals, receipt accuracy, three-way matching, supplier-master changes, segregation of duties, and inventory counts.
  • Maintain control narratives, process flows, and risk-control matrices; conduct control self-assessments, transaction sampling, and deficiency remediation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors on walkthroughs, PBC sample requests, audit evidence, and year-round audit readiness.
  • Audit purchase orders, change orders, receipts, inventory adjustments, open and aged POs, past-due receipts, and received-not-invoiced items in NetSuite and Coupa.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close through cutoff reviews, inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, accrual variance analysis, and stale-transaction cleanup.
  • Build exception reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio, and implement scalable controls, SOPs, and training for procurement, receiving, and warehouse personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement or inventory operations, internal audit, or SOX compliance, ideally in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
  • Working knowledge of SOX 404 and internal-control concepts, including control design, testing, evidence standards, and remediation.
  • Understanding of procure-to-pay, work-order processing, and inventory processes and their impact on financial statements, including three-way matching, accruals, and inventory valuation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and purchasing systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, plus advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear written documentation skills, and confidence raising and resolving issues with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to access applicable export-controlled information without additional export licensing.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a public company’s SOX program or Big Four audits.
  • Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, APICS CPIM, or APICS CSCP.
  • SQL or other data-analysis skills and experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Inventory-controls experience in aerospace, space, or regulated manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems such as Aras, Arena, or Teamcenter and BOM-driven inventory.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities with frequent context switching and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Culture & Benefits

  • People-centric culture focused on belonging, community, growth, and humanitarian applications of satellite data.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans, plus an HSA with company contribution.
  • Paid time off, holidays, company-wide days off, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness and EAP programs.
  • Home-office, phone, internet, and commuter reimbursements where applicable.
  • Tuition reimbursement, LinkedIn Learning access, equity, and paid volunteering time off.

Hiring process

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the posting may close before the projected deadline.
  • Select interviews may be recorded with candidate consent using an AI notetaker; candidates may opt out.
  • AI tools are prohibited during live interviews and active assessments unless explicitly permitted, except when required as an accommodation.
