Supply Analyst II

Location: Hybrid role in St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 annual base pay; additional annual incentives may apply.

What you will do

• Analyze category spend and conduct detailed supply market, commodity, pricing, and industry research.
• Partner with project leads and category managers on material cost-reduction initiatives.
• Benchmark suppliers and develop supplier identification and cost-comparison methodologies.
• Support sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection through data-driven analysis.
• Optimize supply management systems, reporting tools, data accuracy, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and other stakeholders on category objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with cost-reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills, including SQL, data validation, data quality management, and large-scale data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Experience documenting processes and identifying efficiency improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, or Esker.
