Director, Transaction & Revenue Systems (Oracle)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $150,380–$327,025 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Transaction & Revenue Systems domain.
• Lead Product, Functional Expertise/BSA, Engineering, and Reporting & Insights capabilities.
• Modernize procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, billing, revenue, accounts receivable, expense, supplier, and customer Finance systems.
• Lead contributions to the Oracle R12 upgrade, evolution toward Oracle Fusion, and modernization of surrounding applications and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise applications, architecture, data, cloud platforms, integrations, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Build a high-performing organization, manage strategic vendors, and improve system reliability, scalability, controls, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in Finance technology, enterprise applications, or complex business systems.
• Direct experience leading Product and Engineering teams with functional, BSA, and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, payments, expense, or accounts receivable.
• Experience creating technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical judgment across enterprise applications, integrations, data, cloud technologies, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Experience leading large-scale platform transformation or migration while maintaining business continuity and developing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Experience applying AI and automation to reduce manual Finance work and improve controls.
