Supervisor, D365 CE & Power Platform Engineering (React)

Location: Chicago, with other locations in Denver Downtown, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Dallas, and Boston; hybrid work with employees required to work in the office at least 2–3 days per week.

Compensation range: $95,400–$192,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Guide implementation and extension of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and custom business applications.
• Direct development using JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF controls, plugins, custom APIs, REST integrations, React, Angular, and Next.js.
• Establish patterns for front-end extensibility, API-based integrations, and secure, scalable deployments.
• Review designs, code, and solutions for performance, security, maintainability, and enterprise standards.
• Mentor developers, support staffing and skills development, partner with architects and team leads, and advise clients on solution strategy and technical tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, including significant Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform experience.
• Strong modern front-end experience with React.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
• Availability to work in the office at least 2–3 days each week.

Nice to have

• Angular and/or Next.js experience.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front-end applications and Azure services.
• Deep experience implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and/or Field Service.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and API Management.
• Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
