Senior Solutions Developer - OFSAA (Oracle)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions across OFSAA, PFS/FSD, Oracle DFCS, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Translate business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions, mappings, integration designs, batch processes, and development tasks.
• Design and support file-based, database, batch, API, and Oracle DIS integrations between on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data-processing routines, interfaces, and high-volume batch workflows.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause resolution for data, integration, performance, application, and production issues.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, mentoring, release readiness, and coordination across internal, vendor, and application teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing and supporting Oracle/OFSAA-based financial applications or data platforms.
• Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, with experience in data integration, ETL/ELT, reconciliation, batch processing, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience designing complex integrations involving multiple systems, teams, processing dependencies, and source-to-target transformations.
• Experience leading technical design and development activities and mentoring other developers.
• Experience supporting the full application lifecycle from requirements and development through testing, release, deployment, and production support.
• Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years, or the stated equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation Cloud Service, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle DIS, or Oracle Application Data Services experience.
• Experience with OFSAA Profitability, Funds Transfer Pricing, Automic, Snowflake, REST/API integrations, Git, CI/CD, Jira, or Agile practices.
