Specialist Talent Advisor (Recruiting)

Location: Johnston, Rhode Island, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Salary: $91,000-$126,000 per year, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment requisitions from intake through offer for core and growth roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and curate qualified candidate slates with recommendations for hiring managers.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies through job boards, talent communities, referrals, and outreach while using analytics to prioritize channels.
• Advise managers on candidate profiles, interview practices, process adherence, feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience and assemble competitive offers aligned with candidate motivators and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, follow regulatory and risk requirements, and participate in process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Strong advisory and communication skills, including experience with behavioral interviewing and assessments.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, adapt to changing priorities, make timely recommendations, and maintain pipeline momentum.
• Ability to understand business unit goals, translate them into hiring criteria and process plans, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR, and peers.
• Intermediate data and technology skills for using ATS tools, sourcing tools, dashboards, established processes, and technology to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Ability to deliver a customer-centric candidate experience while complying with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
