Program Compliance Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus a 5% variable annual bonus and eligibility for an RSU grant.

hirify.global provides a commerce partnership marketing platform that helps brands manage affiliate, influencer, content publisher, brand ambassador, and customer referral partnerships.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary compliance contact for strategic partnerships, clients, and agencies, advising on compliance best practices.
• Manage compliance processes for assigned accounts using the Regulated Compliance product, including documentation and timely case resolution.
• Lead the compliance workstream for a strategic partnership, including the migration and launch of major brands.
• Collaborate with client success, product and engineering, and operations teams to deliver compliance services.
• Act as a compliance subject matter expert, support strategic initiatives, and develop and deliver compliance presentations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service and support experience in a software application product environment.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year of compliance investigations experience, especially in performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extreme attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team player while functioning and motivating independently.

• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
• Academic background in business, marketing, law, or a related field.
