What you will do

• Analyze and decompose regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements for digital assets.
• Manage end-to-end regulatory-readiness projects, including scoping, gap assessments, and policy reviews.
• Conduct first-line review of AI outputs for regulatory accuracy, evidence support, and client suitability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build regulatory mappings, templates, and structured AI workflows.
• Produce detailed compliance analyses, evidence checklists, and licensing deliverables.
• Escalate high-risk regulatory interpretations to senior compliance or legal reviewers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, fintech, or digital assets.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full licensing application or regulatory-readiness project.
• Strong understanding of regulatory analysis and evidence review.
• Must be based in Europe or Asia.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of LLM limitations, including hallucination risk and source traceability.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Chinese.
• Familiarity with VASP licensing or similar digital-asset regulatory frameworks.
