What you will do
- Build end-to-end operational infrastructure for launching in new markets, including regulatory readiness and internal workflows.
- Transform complex regulatory requirements into clear, repeatable, and automated systems.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to embed compliance controls and reduce manual operational work.
- Own and manage ongoing regulatory filings, registrations, and reporting across various jurisdictions.
- Develop audit frameworks for internal operations and build compliance health dashboards to flag problems early.
- Maintain sharp process documentation and monitor regulatory changes in target markets to build implementation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business operations, ideally within fintech, payments, or other regulated tech businesses.
- Experience building and scaling operational systems in fast-moving environments.
- Practical experience turning regulatory requirements into working processes (e.g., vendor risk, product compliance).
- Proficiency with GRC systems, databases, and workflow automation tools, including the use of AI.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate needs between legal and engineering teams.
