People Operations Specialist (UK)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for GTM employees in the UK and across EOR arrangements.
• Manage offer letters, contract administration, onboarding workflows, and country-specific requirements for international hires.
• Administer UK and EOR benefits and recommend improvements as the international employee population grows.
• Maintain current and compliant UK employment practices in partnership with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs.
• Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel and support audits and reporting.
• Answer employee questions, escalate complex matters to the HRBP, and improve onboarding, administration, and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations, including UK employment experience.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law, including contracts, right to work, and statutory leave.
• Familiarity with EOR models.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel.
• Ability to work autonomously as the only People team member in London.
• Strong attention to detail and judgment about when to escalate issues.
• Highly collaborative approach when working with a US-based team across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in a newly established UK entity or an early-stage international People function.
• Exposure to EMEA employment law beyond the UK.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
