People Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Guide new team members through pre-onboarding, contract signing, onboarding, and their first months.
• Support promotions, parental leave, relocations, transitions, benefits, and other employee lifecycle milestones across regions.
• Maintain People Ops workflows, data, reporting, integrations, and accurate employee information.
• Improve and document processes, automate repetitive work with AI and other tools, and turn recurring questions into self-service guidance.
• Use employee feedback and team data to improve onboarding, engagement, performance development, and the overall employee experience.
• Support a safe, fair, inclusive, and compliant distributed workplace while collaborating with Talent and local partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting.
• Experience supporting international team members or candidates and developing processes focused on employee and candidate experience.
• Demonstrated experience simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes.
• Ability to pull and analyse team data to support everyday decisions.
• Strong written communication across documentation, Slack, and written guides.
• High discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

• Experience working through rapid company growth.
• Experience building automations with AI, no-code, or scripting tools.
• Personal experience working in a remote-first team and understanding asynchronous onboarding.
• Experience with benefits design or renewals across multiple regions.
• Experience partnering with recruiting or using tools such as Ashby.
• Experience supporting performance reviews, engagement surveys, manager development, or other broader people initiatives.
