What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related technologies.
• Build unattended automations for high-volume Order-to-Cash processes supporting Billing, Fulfillment, Client Enablement, and the Billing Help Desk.
• Design workflows combining RPA, AI, business rules, enterprise data, and human decision points, and evaluate when deterministic automation or AI-based approaches are appropriate.
• Automate processes across SAP, Siebel, Salesforce, web applications, Excel, databases, APIs, email systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop transactional automation components including queues, assets, triggers, reusable workflows, retry mechanisms, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, technical teams, and developers on requirements, solution design, troubleshooting, reviews, releases, documentation, and production support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing production automation solutions using UiPath, including strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Experience developing unattended RPA solutions in enterprise environments and understanding queues, assets, triggers, reusable workflows, exception handling, retry logic, logging, monitoring, and transactional automation frameworks.
• Experience automating enterprise applications such as SAP GUI, Siebel, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including querying and manipulating data used by automation solutions.
• Experience with APIs, web services, JSON, Excel, CSV, and other structured data formats.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or agentic automation, with the ability to assess where AI and deterministic automation provide value.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving selectors, application timing, system availability, sessions, credentials, and application exceptions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle practices covering requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, source control, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for translating complex operational processes into technical solutions and working with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• UiPath certification or equivalent practical UiPath development experience.
• Experience with UiPath AI and agentic automation capabilities or comparable enterprise AI and automation technologies.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, AI agents, intelligent document processing, or communication processing.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Fulfillment, Client Enablement, Finance Operations, or other high-volume transactional environments.
• Experience supporting client service or help desk processes, including case or service request management.
• Experience with SAP GUI scripting, SAP-based business processes, Siebel, case management, CRM platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, or T-SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, VB.NET, or other automation, integration, and reporting technologies.
• Experience supporting unattended automation infrastructure and production environments.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, human-in-the-loop controls, security, responsible AI use, Agile, or other structured software development methodologies.
