Supply Chain Analyst (Power Generation)

Location: Onsite daily in Waller, Texas, United States; office-based with occasional visits to supplier or manufacturing sites.

What you will do

• Process purchase orders and identify procurement channels and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, support vendor onboarding, and manage supplier setup and purchase order requests.
• Assist with contract analysis, preparation, vendor transitions, and escalation of complex supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor reporting and update the Approved Supplier List with operations input.
• Monitor inventory for production needs, coordinate and expedite deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and address supply disruptions.
• Track vendor performance and support procurement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these areas.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or a similar procurement system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and independently while using available resources.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform computer and office tasks requiring manual dexterity.
