Analyst, Global Product Sourcing

Location: Hybrid role in Torrance, California, United States

What you will do

• Manage 1–2 low-complexity sourcing categories and support Supply, Science, and Safety objectives.
• Conduct category analysis, research internal and industry trends, and develop holistic category strategies.
• Design and execute RFx processes, including vendor identification, proposal analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Track, monitor, analyze, and report pricing to cross-functional departments and leadership.
• Maintain sourcing databases and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead sourcing projects, prioritize deliverables, resolve customer needs, support supplier relationships, and ensure procurement-policy compliance.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, ideally in administration, economics, marketing, finance, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, adapt to change, and manage multiple projects.
