AI Transformation Strategist

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom; in-person at the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Work with strategic enterprise customers to understand priorities, operational challenges, and opportunities where AI can deliver measurable business value.
• Translate complex procurement problems into scalable AI-powered solution architectures that reduce manual work.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-value solutions and demonstrate tangible outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions focused on transforming operations with AI.
• Support successful implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization from AI deployments.
• Develop expertise in industries or domains such as supply chain and finance, and scale that knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations work, ideally involving AI or automation.
• Ability to take an ambiguous business problem, form a hypothesis quickly, and turn it into something that can be built.
• Comfort working directly with CFOs and COOs, including whiteboard problem-solving and formal presentations.
• Ability to measure business impact before and after delivery and clearly communicate metrics such as time saved, reduced error rates, and increased adoption.
• Accountability for customer outcomes beyond delivering recommendations.
