What you will do

• Own ambiguous, high-stakes cross-functional projects from a blank page through delivery.
• Launch new propositions, incubation bets, and strategic initiatives outside existing team remits.
• Use Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and similar tools for research, reporting, operational work, and agentic workflows.
• Write narratives and communications for the board, all-hands, and wider company to secure alignment and explain initiatives.
• Build lightweight systems and workflows that help the company scale its operations without unnecessary process.
• Work directly with the founders across the business and take ownership of significant company-wide problems.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with founders, from strategy, consulting, banking, product, operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role.
• Experience owning a problem from a blank page through delivery without an existing roadmap.
• Range across strategy and execution, including building models, writing board narratives, and completing hands-on implementation work.
• Evidence of taking a plan over the line when others had written it off.
• First-principles thinking and the ability to evaluate which inherited processes to retain or remove.
• Consistent follow-through, including chasing actions and preventing stalled projects from being abandoned.
• Genuine hands-on experience using Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT and building agents or agentic workflows.

• Experience scaling a fast-growing B2B SaaS business and understanding what breaks at different stages of growth.
