Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States

Salary: $95,300–$158,800 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own product features, development plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze market and competitive data, and prioritize customer issues.
• Make data-driven product decisions, including quantitative hypothesis evaluation and A/B testing.
• Support go-to-market planning, launches, product demonstrations, sales enablement, and customer-facing training.
• Lead product discovery, prototype development, feature delivery, and portions of the product lifecycle.
• Define product strategy, business cases, operating costs, and future product direction.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience with software products, SaaS platforms, data products, or technology-enabled services.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data structures, analytics, integrations, technical architecture, and software development workflows.
• Experience creating product documentation, requirements, user stories, process flows, or similar delivery artifacts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and customer teams.
• Experience or strong interest in building AI-driven capabilities into product strategy and using AI tools for product work.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, nursing education, higher education, clinical simulation, or learning technology.
