Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US

Anticipated pay range: $130,000–$160,000 annually USD, plus US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the product direction for handbooks, compliance learning, multi-state jurisdiction management, and onboarding workflows, excluding I-9 and E-Verify.
• Lead continuous discovery with employers, HR practitioners, brokers, PEOs, partners, and internal experts.
• Design AI-assisted experiences that combine labor-law intelligence, cited guidance, expert review, policy documents, acknowledgments, and training assignments.
• Define customer journeys, write product requirements and decision documents, prioritize the backlog, and lead launches and adoption.
• Establish metrics for handbook publication, employee acknowledgment, training completion, and policy-change handoffs to payroll and HRIS.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, compliance content, HR advisory, customer success, partner management, sales, and support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years owning a product area end to end.
• Demonstrated weekly customer discovery practice with documented interviews, synthesis, tested assumptions, and roadmap decisions.
• Experience serving multiple audiences, such as partners and employers, and managing competing needs between them.
• Strong ability to write actionable product requirements and decision documents and define, defend, and use success metrics.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, clinical, or other subject-matter experts where accuracy and review are essential.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic products, HR or compliance technology, APIs, partner-distributed products, document or content management, learning management, or regulated workflows is relevant.

• Experience with HR technology, compliance technology, or regulatory products.
• Experience with API-delivered, embedded, or partner-distributed products.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction requirements in HR or another regulated domain.
