Prime Vendor Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role in Eugene, Oregon, United States. Other listed location: Medford, Oregon. Willingness to travel for business needs is required.

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze and present pricing, inventory, distribution, and sales performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, vendors, and procurement stakeholders.
• Meet with vendors to review products, pricing, and terms, and present findings to customer procurement teams.
• Manage contract terms, brand conversions, savings initiatives, project updates, and KPI performance.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and resolve inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoice issues with internal teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and reporting requirements with Supply Chain, Materials Services, Sales, IS, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales analysis and support experience, or a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions and drive solutions.
• Experience developing presentations for internal and external audiences and maintaining relationships across organizational levels.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Eugene, Oregon, United States and travel for business-related needs.
