Associate Analyst - Implementation

Location: Hybrid in Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $58,000–$87,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation activities, track project progress, maintain documentation, and meet aggressive timelines.
• Manage pricing communications and contract pricing alignment for designated distribution accounts.
• Work with vendors, customers, Sales, Group Purchasing Organizations, and internal departments to resolve pricing misalignments.
• Lead customer conference calls covering processes, timelines, required actions, and project completion.
• Monitor pricing accuracy for 30 days after go-live and escalate obstacles with resolution plans.
• Support onboarding, training, Standard Operating Procedure improvements, and measurable performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
• Experience prioritizing and tracking multiple projects with different deadlines.
• Ability to analyze problems, overcome obstacles, communicate with varied audiences, and collaborate with internal and external resources.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Northfield, Illinois role.

Nice to have

• At least one year of pricing experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, IF statements, and charts.
