Program Manager

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; full-time on-site position

What you will do

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards to program delivery.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a strong focus on risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Drive continuous service delivery improvements and communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager, or a related master's degree with 12 years of experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
