Executive Officer

Location: Washington, DC, US; full-time on-site position

Provides mission-support services to federal customers across back-office and defense-related operations.

What you will do

• Serve as executive leadership for the contractor and authorized interface with contracting officers, government management, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee the complete HQ Services program.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with customer missions and objectives.
• Lead program staff and manage day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
• Master's degree in a related field or 12 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
